When I try to access email@example.com with Firefox or MS Edge I get "SEC_ERROR_REVOKED_CERTIFICATE" but not with Opera. I have cleared the Firefox cache. ??
Northland Communications says it is "updating its security." But why would Opera accept a certificate that both Firefox and MS Edge say has been revoked? Or should I be asking Opera that question?
- User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.98 Safari/537.36 OPR/58.0.3135.79
There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connection certificates and send their own.
If the certificate has been revoked then Firefox won't trust it.
