This morning I created a Sync account to keep all links and short cuts in Firefox. (We are migration from one web domain to another: @aviolinx.com to @storadio.aero)

For this purpose I synced my FF on the @aviolinx.com-account, but also created a new @storadio.aero-account with the exact same data.

I was forced to completely re-install Windows on the computer. When re-installing Firefox as default browser all the links etc were lost.

How can I retrieve them, from either account? (Both are empty now...)

@aviolinx.com and @storadio.aero - did you create separate Sync / Firefox accounts for each of those domains using email addresses for each domain?

Or, is that one Firefox Account with one domain upon signup and then the other was added to the same account as a secondary email address?

1. I had an account ...@aviolinx.com. 2. When moving to new domain I created a new account ...@storadio.aero 3. after complete blow-out of laptop and re-installation I tried to get my saved links (with passwords and all) back, both show nothing at all is saved.

So: can you roll back and find a synced account where I have my links intact? At least on the ...@aviolinx.com account?

Well re-installing your operative system will not afect your Firefox account data because it is stored in Firefox account. So,after re-installing your OS,you shoud go to Mozila Firefox browser and than log in to your Mozila account in Firefox browser again....and than sync data.If both of your Mozila accounts are empty now,it has nothing to do with your OS re-installation.So,if I'm you,I would open Firefox browser, than login with first(old)account and sync data(internet connection ofcourse required) than if that account is empty I would try with new...same process..open Firefox-->login--->sync and make sure ,after log in with your account in Firefox browser,to go OPTIONS-->FIREFOX ACCOUNT and check under Sync Settings are all checkbox-es are selected for sync. Again, your local OS re-installation is not related to Mozila firefox data stored on Mozila servers.
