At some sites like g2a.com before version 64.0 i can log in normally without any problem but now with version 64 and newer i can't log in. The only way i can log in to these sites is only from private tab choice.

Why is that happening?

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

Warning ! ! This will log you out of sites you're logged in to. You may also lose any settings for that website.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

While you are in safe mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.

One issue that seems more common lately is Firefox's Tracking Protection feature. When it is blocking content in a page, a shield icon will appear at the left end of the address bar next to the padlock icon. This article has more info on managing this feature: Tracking Protection {web link}

So any suggestions to solve this issue?

This page, I assume: https://id.g2a.com/auth/auth/?client_id=g2a&response_type=code

As shown in the attached screenshot, that page uses (or at least wants to use) Flash.

In private windows, Flash may be limited to writing to memory instead of disk. That's a good clue about what might be going wrong.

Firefox 64 ratcheted up security for SWF apps, reducing their ability to read content from your system. You could roll back the sandbox security level to see whether it makes any difference for the site that is giving you problems.

To experiment with that setting:

(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button promising to be careful or accepting the risk.

(2) In the search box above the list, type or paste sand and pause while the list is filtered

(3) The dom.ipc.plugins.sandbox-level.flash preference restricts what Flash content can do on your system. You can modify the value by double-clicking the preference:

  • 1 - blocks "write access to most of the filesystem", "exec" and "fork"
  • 2 - level 1 + blocks printing and "read access to most of the filesystem (with some read access allowed, triggered by Flash file dialog activity, however this does not work reliably)"
  • 3 (default in Fx64) - levels 1-2 + blocks "read access to most of the filesystem (without any support for file dialogs)"

Maybe try lowering the sandbox level to 2 and see what difference that makes. It may not take effect until you unload all the Flash content in Firefox; it may be easiest to exit out of Firefox and starting it up again before testing.

Any difference?

Unfortunately, this is a not a per-site setting, it applies to all sites. However, you can control which sites use Flash on a per-site basis. See: Why do I have to click to activate plugins?

You can remove all data stored in Firefox from a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History -> Show All History" or "View -> Sidebar -> History").

Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox from this domain like history and cookies and passwords and exceptions and cache, so be cautious. If you have a password or other data from that domain that you do not want to lose then make sure to backup this data or make a note.

You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of involved files.

If you revisit a 'forgotten' website then data from that website will be saved once again.

As you see from the picture i have choose to clear all cookies e.t.c. every time i close-exit firefox. And the issue of some sites REMAINS.

So what can i do?
