how do I add a 2nd em to FF on my laptop
I added FF on my LT and want to sync phone. LT has different em than phone. (Good old MS doesn't like my password in one system, and can't get through their obnoxious security to reset it, so FF on phone was set up with a different em than , and it's apparently looking for email not the app FF. HOW do I, or can I add a 2nd email without deleting entire app? Thanks in advance for your help.

The "laptop email", i assume for Windows login? This should have zero to do with any email address you choose for logging into ff sync. Just change the email and password for ff sync on the laptop version of ff.
You are never limited to just the email addresses which android or window demand for setting up the device login accounts. (Also, you can force windows to accept a local login only for your windows user account, i.e., no ms email and connecting to their servers. Just fyi.)
