Bookmark all tabs alwways creates new folder

So i want to put these bookmarks with the the rest i have in a folder but everytime i try and select it it will always make anewfolder within that one. part from doing it one by one is there any way?

It is designed to make a New Folder when you Bookmark All Tabs so the stay in the group of tabs.

Note : you are running a insecure, outdated and unsupported browser. Update to Current Release Firefox 61.0.2 with a Full Version Installer

If you are running a older system with low ram and old drivers you may want to switch to the Extended Release Version 60.0.1esr

Firefox ESR does not come with the latest features but it has the latest security and stability fixes. You may want to do the below before updating or just because you should :

When you use "Bookmarks All Tabs" then always a new folder with the bookmarks will be created like posted above. You will have to move the bookmarks yourself to a different folder if necessary. Note that only unique URLs are bookmarked, so having multiple pages with the same URL, but possibly different content will only save one bookmark.
