Hi, I've created an InDesign doc and then saved it as a PDF. My webmaster who is helping me upload it to our website is saying that when he downloads the PDF from Chrome and Explorer it looks fine. But when he downloads it from Firefox, the PDF gets crazy. You can see the transparencies and the different layers. It's obviously something with preferences.. etc. I'm hoping someone can help me.

If this is for the general public to download and not just you then people have millions of ways to play with their preferences.

If possible and not care, give us a link to the PDF please.
