How do you find a recently played web video file in Firefox history?

Internet Explorer has a feature in the options menu that allows you to view temporary files that may exist as a part of history. How do I access these files rather than do a Google search (again) for the site (or video file) for replay?

If you know what you are looking for, use the search bar in the History Manager.

Open the History Manager <Control> (Mac=<Command>) <Shift> H. In the search bar, enter the name of the site or whatever.

Under the general tab of the options link of Internet Explorer. The user is allowed to view all downloaded files, including video files (MP4, flash, etc.). I'm assuming these files are stored in a temporary folder (somewhere). The solution offered here doesn't appear to provide that option. Perhaps this is a feature not offered in Firefox. If not, I suppose I can always save the link and access it that way. Many thanks for the help, though.
