Have tried for 2 days to get a password reset; Nothing from Mozilla!

For some reason, My password or user name does not work. Ive tried multiple times to have a password reset sent but to no avail. It's been maybe 10 years since I set up my Firefox browser.

Such e-mail is always sent to the address on file with the website.

Check your user profile at the site. Also, check your junk mail folder.

First, welcome and thank you for using Firefox. From what I understand you are using Firefox Sync and are not receiving a password reset email and the email and password set up are not working. I have a couple of questions to better understand your situation.

When was the last successful sync? When you mention is has been 10 years, there have been significant updates over those years to sync. This is why I am asking this question.

Second, can I please have a screenshot of the error message that comes up when it does not accept the username and password, and a screenshot of the url that you are using to login?
