I just upgraded from Firefox 52 ESR (32 bit) to Firefox 60.0.1 Quantum (64 bit) and noticed that in the Browser Console can't be docked to the main window. I used to just hit the F12 key, select Console and I could see the Browser Console. Now I have to open it up separately in it's own window. What used to show the same elements as in the Browser Win dow is just showing Toggle Tools.
