is there a way to set cache size in the privacy & security settings now like there was in the past?
I have just updated firefox to the latest version & I have noticed a change that is concerning me. Prior to this version I was able to set the size of my cache in the privacy & security settings & clear it as I needed with a single mouse click. Since loading up this version I see that that is no longer the case, I am not able to locate the exact value of the size of the cache, nor am I able to clear it as swiftly as I did.
My questions are this:
Is this a deliberate change & if so why was it made?
Can the change be reverted? As I prefer to have my own control as to how much disc space I use at any given time.
Thank you for taking the time to read this, I hope we can arrive at a satisfactory conclusion soon.

There is a Clear Data and Manage Data button in the Cookies and Site Data section to clear specific data.
For other settings you need to use the about:config page.
You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I accept the risk!" to continue, but be cautious with modifying prefs.
