how to start fresh on the internet with new accounts without losing access to important accounts
need to know how to completely start over with new email address and remove all unnecessary accounts from all devices i have ever had. i want to start fresh but when i have tried recently i have lost access to my important accounts such as bank accounts fsa id etc. please help as i have had a tough weeek trying to figure this out on my own. i have been using chrome, safari, and microsoft edge on windows 10 (computer im using now) and another computer and an iphone x and an ipad. through my past browsing history i believe my information has been compromised and i just want to start over. not denying fault at all i probably deserve it but i think i also deserve to restore myself as well. i want to learn more about game/web/anything tech development but im currently receiving so much spam by emails and phone calls that i cant even fill out a fafsa. i dont know which schools i have contacted are scams and which are real. any assistance is greatly appreciated. thank you. email addresses are bwilde9009@gmail.com and barretwilde23@gmail.com. i am not concerned if i am revealing myself legally as i just want to stop the madness. i need advice on what server to use to create a new email and where to start. thank you

If you suspect any account is in danger, change its password. Also, check the registered e-mail for those accounts.
If there is a problem with any account, contact its support.

Some e-mail providers have the option to sort incoming mail. Contact your e-mail provider for help.

There are many good e-mail providers out there. I use Microsoft HotMail.
If you like the provider you are using now, or start with another provider, this is what to do;
Go to the home page of the provider you want. If it is your current provider, log out of the system.
Now assess the link to open a new account. Once you have provided the required information, the account should then become active.
Once the account is active, share the NEW account with those you want to know about it.
Note: If the receiver uses any kind of filtering, your message from the new account may end up in a spam folder.

As a starting point, perhaps there are some accrediting agencies that list legit educational institutions. You also can search around on forums for discussion of different sites, especially if you are looking for an "online only" school. Stay away from "degree mills" that take money for credentials and don't deliver much education. Take advantage of free sample courses on YouTube and other video sites to get a sense of how good a school is.
