Error during encrypted connection scan. - this message pops up all the time

I agreed to something this morning as I had a message that Firefox was starting slowly and now I have to press Add to exclusions numerous times every time I do anything online. I have no idea what any of it is and it's extremely time consuming,confusing and annoying. What is happening and why?

Add to exclusions Be careful of what you are adding and why.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

I had to press ignore seventeen times to see screenshot page. I have accepted various things but no idea what but couldn't view certain webpages or parts of without doing so.

That is indeed from Kaspersky - you have somehow got stats.g.doubleclick.net on your system, which is malware that you will of course need to get rid of. Go to the Firefox menu (≡) => Add-ons => Extensions, and look for any unfamiliar or suspicious looking extensions.

When you find any : remove them.

Do the same here : for Windows => Control Panel

However : most malware will be 'hiding' somewhere , so let's run malware scans (even though you already have run some) :
