It was likely information about Sync. You can use it to sync information between two devices if you like. It is however not something you can rely on for backup purposes.

The information is encrypted based on your password used so nobody but you can see any information you choose to sync.

You can set what items to include in Sync, so you do not need to have all these items synced.
