Hello! As of today, when I copy/paste text from a Word file into an email with Thunderbird, it arrives at its destination with all punctuation except for single periods and commas replaced by "???". Also, I have a symbol (heart) in my pre-set signature in Thunderbird, which is also showing up as "???". It all looks fine when I send it, but the receiver gets all the question marks. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? Thank you!
