Why does Firefox display UTC times for FTP files?
When I navigate to an FTP site I have created, the browser displays the file modification times in UTC. I believe this is the timezone on my server, but other browsers convert the time to whatever device I use. For example, Chrome displays the modification time as 11AM as my computer is EST.
