Hi, the current phone I am using is a Samsung S3 and the web browser and android have been updated as much as possible. The videos on all websites do not show the actual video and instead show a grey screenand a cut off picture of the video. I dont know why this is happening. This problem only started a few weeks ago. The android verion of my phone is 4.42. Thanks.
