Firefox and Thunderbird crash when lauching, even in safe-mode, win XP
Hello,
I've got a problem since yesterday (after a Malwarebyte scanning ? ) with both thunderbird & firefox. They crash when lauching. Even in safe mode. I've uninstalled and reinstalled firefox but it won't change anything.
It doesn't send the crasch report (since 6 month) but I could find them.
Could, please, anyone give me some help ?
If so do you need de pending crash reports ?

Hi Philipp, thanks a lot, it's just the same problem and in the continuity of what had been said : - the same issue apply to Thunderbird - when you shut Mwb, the problem is solved for both FireFox & Thunderbird , without rebooting.

Please clarify, did you crash, or did you hang?
