Hi, that looks like the "Title Bar." There's a little button in the Customize tab to turn the Title Bar on and off. This article will get you into that feature, then look for it toward the bottom:

Also, your Firefox identified itself to the forum as version 47. As you may know, the current versions of Firefox are:
