How to bypass the Expired Certificate notification, that blocks access to the https site?
There is nothing that actually need to be trusted. There is no secrets to hide with a crypto. Just need to get this site for reading a forum and watch photos: https://fotokala.ee/

While the certificate was still valid, your Firefox cached an HSTS instruction which is blocking your access to the Add Exception button. Not an issue for those of us visiting the site for the first time today, so that's why it's helpful to share the entire error message.
I don't recall whether the following applies to your older version of Firefox, but check it out:
To remove an HSTS instruction, see the solution in this thread: HTTP Strict Transport Security prevents me from accessing a server that I'm doing development on (note: Windows has Open/Show Folder instead of Open Directory)
Also, your Firefox identified itself to the forum as version 43. An update is available: this article describes how to get Firefox 52 ESR using the "About Firefox" dialog on the help menu: Update Firefox to the latest release.
If something is holding you back from upgrading to Firefox 52 ESR, please let us know so we can suggest solutions or workarounds. Version 43 is not secure; Mozilla discloses security flaws after each new release.
Sometimes Firefox reports the wrong version because that information was saved in a preferences file. If the "About Firefox" dialog (see first article link) shows Firefox 52.2.0, you may need to clear out that incorrect information. See: How to reset the default user agent on Firefox.

You could try the not secure link http://fotokala.ee/
I have no problem adding an exception for the secure site, and Firefox gives me an opportunity to store that permanently.
Click on the advanced option when you see the error message then the option to make an exception will be seen. You could also let the site know about the error as they may consider security important in for example ensuring that only authorised persons post content.
Http does not work, https is forced. Did you try it?
Firefox has only 1 option: "Get me out of here":
