Captive Portal will not turn off
I have set network.captive-portal-service.enable to false, but Firefox continues to submit the request to http://detectportal.firefox.com/success.txt. This is generating unwanted traffic, and I need it disabled.

Note that it is network.captive-portal-service.enabled with a 'd' as you can see on the about:config page.
You can also set captivedetect.canonicalURL to an empty string.
