You have set up one pop mail account using the graphics4 email address. It has an Inbox into which you should be receiving all your incoming emails sent to that email address. All emails you send using that email address should have copies kept in the 'Sent' folder of that mail acount This is how all pop mail accounts work and there is nothing wrong. So, the only thing I can think of is that you do not understand the purpose of 'Local Folders' mail account. 'Local Folders' is a default mail account created automatically by Thunderbird. It will contain your 'Outbox' folder which is used by all your added mail accounts to store emails when 'Send Later' is used. It is also useful for storing emails on your computer, especially helpful for imap mail accounts who want to move emails off the server. It can also be used as a deferred mail account. Pop mail accounts can be set up to use it as a Global Inbox.
