I want to disable fullscreen mode completely. I know how to turn it off and on in the UI. I would like a configuration solution (about:config). I hate full screen and never use it but there have been occasions where pages request it. I do not want to entertain these requests. I want fullscreen to be gone. I am using Nightly 52.0a1.
