Cannot play videos in websites

I regularly get emails containing videos from Revolution Golf.com and Freepostcodelottery.com, unfortunately of late I cannot get these to play in the Firefox browser. I have contacted Revolution Golf.com and they gave some help which I have followed without success! They recommend Firefox or Google Chrome browsers and gave help features for both. These were 1. clear the cache & cookies and 2. download Adobe Flash Player (again if necessary). Both actions have been undertaken to no avail with Firefox but annoyingly, having downloaded Chrome to try it I found that the videos will play on that browser but not on Firefox!

I would add that I am running Windows 10 on my PC with Firefox vers. 42 (64bit) because the update to V.43 is not effective with the add-ons that I regularly use and I have also reported this but had no response to that feedback. My broadband runs at 75Mbps so that is not an issue.

The annoying thing is that advert videos play but not the main video I am trying to watch. The video window only shows a continuous circle rotating as if it is downloading but not running! Can anyone help?
