On "Create a Firefox Account to continue to Firefox Sync" page, has a red "Working..." bar and spinning wheel of death.
Earlier tonight I set up a Firefox account (I've been a loyal user of the browser 10+ years), and everything worked fine. When I tried to log in to Sync it produced the above result. After waiting well over an hour for it to actually log in, I decided to delete the account and create it directly from the Sync page, but the same result occurred.

hi Slycon, sorry for the late reply. unfortunately this is currently a known issue in firefox 50 when you have set the browser to run in permanent private browsing mode ("never remember history" in the options > privacy panel). firefox developers are working to get this fixed in upcoming versions again...

Thank you so much philipp, and while I hope the developers do indeed fix the issue in upcoming versions, changing my settings resolved my issue. I was able to sign in to Sync, and I now have access to my bookmarks/passwords on my mobile phone.
