JAVA not working in FF 49.0.1 even though the Java Add-on is running.

Recently Firefox has not been able to access my Chase Bank online records for my credit card. When trying to sign in, the Chase website reports that JAVA needs to be enabled in my browser. But I'm using 32-bit Firefox 49.0.1 with the JAVA add-on installed and set for "always activate." I've cleared all Chase cookies and tried to sign in again, but that didn't cure the issue.

A few weeks go FF was able to access my data at the Chase website. Now it can't.

I can access my Chase Bank records now if I use either WIN 10 EDGE or IE 11.

Any known fixes, please? TIA.
