I am trying to install firefox and I am told to close the one I have open. I don't have any open. What am I to do?
I went to install/uninstall firefox to see if I had it on my computer. I clicked on the firefox icon and they told me to close a firefox i have open but I don't have one open. I don't understand what they want me to do. Can someone help me out?

Sometimes Firefox doesn't close all of the way. Restarting your operating system usually repairs this issue.
If you are still having issues after rebooting your system, open the Windows Task Manager (via Ctrl + Shift + Esc or Ctrl + Alt + Delete). Then navigate to the processes tab and kill the firefox.exe process.
Are you now able to install Firefox? Please let us know.
