How can I delete over 100 duplicate bookmark folders in Firefox?
One folder (not bookmark) in my bookmarks in Mozilla Firefox has been duplicated over 100 times. How can I efficiently remove the duplicates?

Run Places Maintenance. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/places-maintenance/
Tried the Places Maintenance add-on and still have 100+ duplicated folders in Firefox bookmarks. Any other suggestions?
