Ad Choices slow down and stop my browser from loading pages.
So many "ad choices" (with little blue icon) appear on each page, that my computer stops responding, and the desired webpage never finishes loading. It seems to be waiting for the "ad choices" ads to finish loading. How can I stop the "ad choices" ads to appear?

You may have ad / mal-ware. Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.
Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.
