I keep getting a screen with emergency update from eepheverseoftheday.org
I get a full screen with your web logo that wants me to download a patch. I can remove the screen without backing out of my browser. the address of the website is https://eepheverseoftheday.org I am sure it is not firefox, what can I do. JIm

These are fake updates. They are malware. Those links are somehow personalised and we do not see these.
I am not sure anyone has fully figured out how and why certain people are targeted with these. They seem to be some sort of malvert, do you know what site you were browsing or using when you saw these.
I note from your sytem details you do not seem to have FlashPlayer installed. Some of us speculated that it was people with outdated FlashPlayer plugins that may be vulnerable.
You may find a blocker such as ublock origin helps
The file itself is detected by some security software, but apparently keeps changing.
Contributors have a thread logging and trying to investigate this issue: /forums/contributors/712056 & a bug has been opened
