on one site when i put in a password it doesnt accept it and i must get a code from them and it works then when i try again it doesnt accept the orginial awswor
just installed firefox at suggustion of morningstar which i use to monitor my account as windows 7 wasnt working at morningstar no support for it every thing is great except on the site personalsavings.americanexpress.com i put in the user name and password but it doesnt accept the password and i must get a new code from which then works then i log out and try again and my password doesnt work and i go get a new code i still have the windows 7 browser on the computer and it works fine on this site american express has tried but dont know what to do im not really computer savy as a friend installed it this is the only site that wont accept the password really need help tedy

PassWorDS aRE casEsensiTIve. Next time you are logged in, change the password.
This issue can be caused by corrupted cookies or cookies that are blocked.
- check the permissions in "Tools -> Page Info -> Permissions"

If clearing cookies didn't help then it is possible that the cookies.sqlite file in the profile folder that stores the cookies got corrupted.
- Rename/remove cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and if present delete cookies.sqlite-shm and cookies.sqlite-wal in the Firefox profile folder in case cookies.sqlite got corrupted.
