Problem viewing videos on CNN.COM via Firefox

I'm using Win7 Professional 64-bit, Firefox 46.0.1, and Shockwave Flash 21,00,242. I cannot view most of the videos posted on CNN.COM with this combination. However, if I use Internet Explorer rather than Firefox, I can view the same videos that I cannot see via Firefox.

I've loaded new copies of Firefox and Flash.

If you have problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions then check this:

  • see if there are updates for your graphics drivers

  • disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
