FF 46 crashes while reading a pdf using Adobe Reader. FF45 was fine.

Using Ubuntu 16.04 LTS 32 bit.

An information portal I use requires the use of Adobe Reader. Other readers don't navigate the site correctly. FF 45 and Adobe Reader in FF worked fine.

Upgrading to FF 46 now see crashes approximately 90% of the time. It works only occasionaly! ?

I dowloaded FF 45 manually but now the option to use Adobe Reader in FF is no longer available. The site now downloads the pdf and launches Adobe Reader; not being in FF any longer I can not navigate the site.

I need to be able to use FF 46. Going forward this is the best solution.

A less acceptable alternative would be to use FF 45 but then I need to have FF use Adode Reader natively.

Any thoughts?
