Why woun`t firefox work since the Windows Professional 10 updated ( more than a week), only in Safe mode?
I have no details, because before the update version of professional win 10, firefox worked great, but since the updated version has been installed, it works ONLY on Safe mode, when I try to open ANY page without safe mode, it just woun`t open anything or acctualy do anything... why?

Hi, since your extensions are disabled I assume you are using Safe Mode now.
The first thing to try is, in normal mode, disable all your Add-ons, and if it works, enable them one by one until you find the culprit. Also disable any theme you may have - Add-ons Manager (Ctrl+Shift+A) > Extensions/Appearance. You can also try turning off Hardware Acceleration.

Scribe, thank you, it helped - one extension was at fault, after it updated it caused the browser not to open anything... now it works, so, thank you again, Scribe

To help others with the same problem, what add-on cause the problem?
Note that your System Detail list shows that you have a user.js file in the profile folder to initialize prefs each time Firefox starts. The user.js file will only be present if you or other software has created this file and normally won't be present.
You can check its content with a plain text editor (right-click: "Open with"; do not double-click). The user.js file is read each time Firefox is started and initializes preferences to the value specified in this file, so preferences set via user.js can only be changed temporarily for the current session.
You can delete the user.js file if you didn't create this file yourself.
You can use this button to go to the current Firefox profile folder:
- Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory:
Windows: Show Folder; Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder - http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Firefox
