I've spent the last hour trying to get into my REAL account and there is no way to contact a human being if you aren't in your account. What a stupid setup! My password doesn't work, and it's not sending me an email to reset it. Yes I've checked my spam folder. Yes I keep refreshing my browser. How the hell do I reset the damn password??
