Unable to open http://www.uppclonline.com
I am from India. I have Windows 7 SP1 installed on my PC Desktop that is used for home-based work. I am using Firefox version 44.0.1 I have Avast Free Antivirus version 11.1.2253 Though Firefox is my default browser, I also have installed IE 11 and Chrome browsers My problem of opening the said website started in Aug-Sep 2015. The site is used for paying my Electricity Bills online. Other computers, like from cyber cafes are able to open the said website. In my Windows Firewall I have also removed and re-instated Firefox. I am getting the undermentioned message error that I have always reported to FF support:
Secure Connection Failed
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified. Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

I can see the login page ok
The page being reset could relate to a problem with the site or a problem with a slow connection, and trying again may help.
I am not seeing the error about
the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
It is possible security software is causing this problem, because it interferes and in some case uses a relatively low security certificate. It may help if you temporarily disable your security software and then try again.
This article list solutions to some common problems where an error message is received.
I have tried a number of times to open the site, but I failed. This is even after running Malware Anti-Malware and Avast Free Antivirus. The 3G dongle gives good speed. I posted a similar query to Avast Forum, but they say "avast is not blocking the site." They asked me to troubleshoot which I did and have attached the various log .txt files to the above query. Reply is awaited. The attached files at Avast cannot be attached here as they are .txt files and not images. Regards & Thanks.
The www.uppclonline.com server doesn't send all intermediate certificates needed to build a complete certificate chain.
- VeriSign Class 3 International Server CA - G3

A server needs to send the full certificate chain that includes all required intermediate certificates. If you visit a server that doesn't send a full certificate chain then you will only get an untrusted error if Firefox hasn't stored this missing intermediate certificate because you have visited a server in the past that has send this certificate, but you do get an untrusted error if this intermediate certificate isn't stored yet.
You can download the intermediate certificate from this Verisign link and import the certificate in the Certificate Manager.
Do NOT set any trust bits when importing the certificate as those are only required for trusted root certificates and should never be set for intermediate certificates.

I reinstalled Mozilla Firefox as Avast forum felt that Firefox was corrupted. The I downloaded and inserted the said Certificate. Yet the damn site does not open.
