upgraded to win 10 & now all my bookmarks are gone I have tried the Restore and there was only one date.

I went to MENU. -> HELP ? -> TROUBLESHOOTING INFO -> PROFILE FOLDER -> BOOKMARKBACKUPS

and there was only 2 recent ones.. One from the NEW FIREFOX and the MY ATTEMPT to RESTORE

No I do NOT have "Old Firefox" and those things 2 links did not solve the problem...

In my Windows.OLD There is NO TEMP file but In current WINDOWS it does show up

I know it's possible to Do a system REstore, back to Window 7. But will my bookmarks be there???

The screenshot shows TEMP as the current user account.

I saw another user that had this issue. There was another folder that the file pointed to, but do not quote me on that. Check to see if there is another profile folder in the Program Files.

Another thing you can try if you do not find another profile folder on there is if you try to start Firefox with the Profile Manger to see if there is a profile detected? (@corel, @FredMcD do you know if it works this way? )

I am logged in as Romeo. But when I look into WINDOWS. OLD/Users the TEMP FOLDER is missing which mean I can't find the PROFILE folder

However in the C:Users/ the TEMP FOLDER shows up..

If u ever want remote access to my computer let me know ok
