Whenever I minimize or resize Firefox, it becomes unresponsive. Tried "refreshing" with no luck.
After I minimize or resize, I can't change tabs or click on anything in the browser. The menu bar still works, but nothing else.

You may have a corrupt xulstore.json file. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/changes-toolbars-and-window-sizes-are-not-saved
The above link is just telling me to Refresh Firefox. I already tried that. Is there a way to contact Firefox directly? I don't want to have to switch browsers.

Type about:support in the address bar and press enter.
Under the page logo on the left side you will see Application Basics. Under this find Profile Folder. To it’s right press the button Show Folder. This will open your file browser to the current Firefox profile. Now Close Firefox.
Locate the xulstore.json file. Then rename or delete it. Restart Firefox.
