I have an ongoing issue that seems to get better then worse as Firefox and Windows updates come in. As of today, I did the latest Windows 8.1 updates including optionals and the problem has gotten much worse again. Just literally evertime I go to download or save a file From Firefox, Firefox crashes and exits. I have tried reinstalling many times in the past, checking plugins, etc. I am having no other problems with my computer. I run the current McAfee subscription by the way.

Thanks, Leigh

Issues have been previously linked to the McAfee Site Advisor extension. Try to disable it and see if the problem persists.

To disable it: Type "about:addons" in the Location bar Find the extension and click on its "Disable" button

Some of your crash reports weren’t sent to the Mozilla Servers.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it and select Submit.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
