I recently installed Windows 10 but now it's a weird difference on Firefox. When I press Winkey+Arrow the window is not moving as usual. It get's much smaller sometimes for some reason.

If I have it in half mode and want a full screen I press Winkey+UP it'll first get really small. Then I have to press Winkey+UP once again to get the window in full mode.

Why is it like this? Can I change it in some way?

hi, as this sounds like a question about a general windows feature and not particularly related to firefox we probably won't be able to answer it here in this forum. please consult microsoft's resources for support at http://windows.microsoft.com/windows-10/support instead... thank you for your understanding!
