No audio from Firefox--audio with other browsers (Safari). Created a new user and audio work with Firefox for the new user.

Perhaps related, I run Adobe Audition and the audio issue with Firefox occurred after I ran Audition and changed some audio settings in Audition.

This issue was also present under Mac OS X 10.10.x (Yosemite)
