I have tried everything that was suggested in the fourms and even did a system restore. My firefox browser has lost everything.
Went to use my browser today and it was like the first day I downloaded FireFox. All my setting and bookmarks are gone. I tried everything and it keeps getting worse. Please help!

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox?

Using System Restore can cause your Firefox installation to get corrupted because only white-listed files are restored, so always be cautious with using System Restore.
- You may lose data in the Firefox profile folder like .js and .ini files
- You may need to reinstall affected software
Firefox may have switched profiles or created a new default profile because of the System Restore.
