this only happens using firefox. I have a Dell PC, Win 7, Kaspersky Internet security. The issue mostly comes up with google websites (gmail) but sometimes on other sites. The little GUI comes up and gives the message, see image. the only thing that changes is the name of what's being open (hovercard or something else) and where it's opening from. I know my way around a computer a bit, so I've tried the close/open/un-install/re-install/default setting, etc. first line of defense actions. This appears to be a little bit more complicated than that.

this gets pretty frustrating pretty quickly, it's forcing me not to use firefox.

thanks in advance.
