Certain websites won't load..

Yesterday I was trying to fix another problem I had with my cursor and as usual I went through my programs and uninstalled whatever I thought I didn't need and ran a program I use to help keep my system clean (Glary Utilities 5)

Now I'm having problems with certain websites not working. I just get a blank page. The ones that do work say that my connection is secure , but I want to be able to view other websites like before. I was going to look at some things on the BestBuy or Walmart website but apparently even those are "not encrypted". Along with a bunch of other ones. I'm worried I might have uninstalled something I shouldn't have or messed with something accidentally..

How do I fix this ?

Help is much appreciated.

Oh one other thing , I just noticed that some pages do work that say "not encrypted" as well , but they're websites I've visited very often or before.

So I guess the problem occurs with websites I haven't visited with this laptop before, most just happen to be "not encrypted".
