New password doesn't work
I've had to create a new account just to pose this question. I'd forgotten my previous account's password on mozilla support so went through the process of setting a new one. But I couldn't login using it. I tried 3 times and still couldn't login.
Is there a time lag between setting new passwords and them being recognised on the system? It's been 24 hours now at least.

Hi hrmozzie, There were some issues last week, but they have been resolved. When you change your password on the site and successfully change it, clear the cache for the site and try to login again. (A fast way to do this is to try a new login in the private window)
