ca service desk program works with firefox 21 but not 36.0.4
Hi there,
I have lost a day searching for a solution, but not able to. The company I work for uses a WEB based program called CA Service desk. The menu options shows perfectly in FIREFOX 21.0, but not in the latest version of FIREFOX?
I have tried numerous solutions, but no able to get a fix?
Attached is the two different screen grabs of the program and the results...

Have you contacted CA Service desk support? Also talk to your in house IP tech.
Since this is enterprise software that most volunteers here probably do not use, you might try this community forum as well:
