Crash ID: bp-0b55d86e-8a82-473d-a53c-5d6d12150304
Can't start, even in safe mode. A window shows up and it keeps going to the Mozilla Crash Reporter.
Performed all the steps in https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-keeps-crashing-startup, including removing program and all Firefox %apdata% folders.
The crash report flagged these programs;
igd10umd32.dll = Intel(R) Graphics Technology
IPSEng32.dll = Symantec Intrusion Detection
IPSLdr32.dll = Symantec Intrusion Detection
Check for updates to the graphics.
Run the Symantec updater. Also, open the options of your protection programs, and tell them to leave the browsers alone.
