Firefox disappears from task bard in RDS environment

We have firefox installed and published on a Windows 2012 Server. When using firefox it will just disappear for no reason and vanish from the task bar. Clicking on the task bar brings it back.

This seems to happen in version 36 I am trying to replicate it in a previous version but been able to.

Right-click the Firefox icon on the taskbar and choose Pin this program to taskbar. Or another alternative I have seen is to recommend to rebuild the icon cache on the operating system.
