I'm just getting a spinning wheel and blank tab when I open Firefox cannot access any of the menu or features. this is since I cleared the cache.
I cleared the cache on Firefox. Since then it will not open - I just get a blank new tab and the spinning wheel (I'm on Mac) and cannot access any of the features. So I cannot go in and do a reset or access the preferences. I've tried deleting the application, clearing trash, removing the icon from the doc and downloading a fresh copy and the same thing is happening. Can you help?

Also the only way to shut the programme is to go to Force Quit where it says Firefox is not responding.
