I've using Firefox for many years on my computer. However, yesterday it was the first time that this message popped up.

"the version of this file is not compatible with the version of windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher"

My computer is a Lenovo Z570 Windows 7 and uses a 64-bit Operating System

I highly appreciate if someone can help me

Thanks

I did what you asked me to, but I had to reinstall it first, since yesterday I uninstalled it but using Revo Uninstaller Pro installer of YouUninstaller, and this time it worked. I think everything was deleted, and now I have a new problem, when I try to open yahoo, Hotmail even google.com it pops up a message that says "This connection is untrusted". What can I do. But something really useful not the explanation about this problem give by the Mozilla website... By the way, once again, thanks for helping fixing the problem

This Connection is Untrusted is sometimes caused because the computer system clock is wrong. Check the time / date / time zone settings.

What I did, it was to shut down my computer and then turn it on and stopped doing it. Thanks to all of you, if feels so great using FF again.

It worked but I turned my computer off and today in the morning it popped up the Connection Untrusted message. Is there any other solution. I did change the date and time.

Thank you so much. I uninstalled it using Revo Uninstaller Pro again, and deleted all the files related to Mozilla and Firefox... and later I will reinstall it, but I don't want to do this all the time.
