Why can't I update Shockwave Flash and Silverlight Plugins. It hopelessly sends me in an endless loop.
I click on Update Now and it keeps opening up new tabs with the same information. It's nuts. And now it keeps asking me to add some sort of troubleshooter which I have downloaded twice. Now 3 times.
